Thank you for those suggestions! As for the staff room, I will talk about that with the staff and I am not sure what you mean by staff attendance. Can you explain more?

Like in Social Academy we create topics everyday and you have to reply

"Tommy Lee -Present"
Or
"Tommy Lee - Absent"

We do have a staff lounge, and I don't like the idea of staff attendance. I believe you can see if staff has been online through the forum statistics. Also it makes the forum cluttered with attendance posts.

I have an idea that I will bring up with solar, thank you for your suggestions.
